Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, often referred to as Lotso, is a major character from Pixar's *Toy Story 3*. He is a seemingly benevolent, pink strawberry-scented teddy bear who initially welcomes Woody and the other toys to Sunnyside Daycare.
Lotso is revealed to be a tyrannical ruler of Sunnyside, maintaining order through fear and manipulation. He was abandoned by his original owner, Daisy, which led him to become bitter and believe that all owners eventually replace their toys.
He ensures that new toys are relegated to the rough and tumble toddler room, while he and his cronies remain in the older children's room. Ultimately, Lotso is defeated and his reign over Sunnyside ends.
